All WordPress Site Care Plans include site uptime monitoring, ensuring any issues with uptime are highlighted in real time.

There are ocassions when a website will go offline very briefly. This is usually due to an overload on your website hosts web server and it rarely affects your website’s overall visibility.

But if your website goes offline for more than a minute or two (and on a regular basis), this could be an indication of an underlying issue that needs to be resolved. Perhaps your web hosting plan is no longer sufficient for the size of your website, or it could be an issue with the quality iof your web hosting provider’s set-up.

Within my management dashboard, I have the ability to monitor your website every 30-seconds for any issues relating to uptime. Should your site go offline for more than a couple of minutes, I’ll receive a notification to monitor the situation and take action if needed.

Instances of downtime are recorded and detailed on your monthly activity report, so you can see at a glance how often your website went offline. Having this information is also useful if you plan to take the issue up with your website host.
