Thank you for wanting to entrust the care of your website to me. To get started, please complete this simple form and then hit the ‘Submit’ button.
Once you have submitted your order, you will need to create an administrator level user profile on your site. Please do this using my email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and forward the login details to me.
When I have received the completed form and the user login details, I will conduct my initial review to check that your site is suitable to be managed by me.
If we are good to go, I’ll issue an invoice for the remainder of the current month and then you’ll receive a monthly invoice thereafter.
Note that completing this form does not constitute an agreement or guarantee that I will be able to take your site under management.
