Get WordPress technical support on an ad-hoc basis, to help clear those niggling tech-to-do list items, or get a headstart on a new project.

Hire me for an hour, a half-day or a full-day and set me to work on those techy website tasks that you don’t have the time or inclination to take care of yourself.

You’ll get my undivided attention for the time you need, I’ll keep a detailed log of the work I do and we’ll agree the cost up-front, so you don’t have any nasty surprises at the end of the project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of work can you do for me?

Tech support covers a wide-range of topics, including but not limited WordPress theme and plugin installation and configuration, content management, design and user experience, SEO, performance and security.

How is Time Logged?

All time spent working on your project is logged using my accounting software (Freeagent). At the end of the project, you’ll receive a full time log with dates, times and tasks completed.

What’s the process?

Initially, I’ll ask you to contact me to discuss your requirements and to provide a brief outline of the work you want me to do. Once I have an understanding of the work involved, I’ll confirm how many hours it will take me to complete and (if agreed) issue an invoice for some or all of the time quoted. Once the invoice is settled, I’ll then complete the work based on the information provided.

Are you insured to work on my website?

Yes, I have full professional liability insurance. I also have over 15 years experience in building and managing websites, so rest assured that I have the experience and expertise to perform the work that I do.

Meeting Mike on LinkedIn was one of the best things to happen to my business! Not only is he a wiz with the technology, and has a great eye for design, he is also calm and reassuring, explains things in a way I can understand, and responds so quickly to queries.
